Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with NikaLux Nails, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce treatment time.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- More than 24 hours notice → free cancellation or rescheduling.
- Less than 24 hours notice → up to 50% of the service price may be charged.
- Same-day cancellation → 50–100% may be charged depending on the situation.
- No-show appointments → 100% of the booked service will be charged.
Deposits, when applicable, are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restricted future bookings.
Payments
Payment is due immediately after the service unless otherwise agreed.
Service Results & Durability
We use professional products and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, durability depends on nail condition, lifestyle and proper aftercare.
We are not responsible for lifting, breakage or damage caused after the appointment due to accidents, improper care or treatments performed by other salons.
Refill Policy
Refills are recommended within 3–5 weeks depending on the service. After this period, a new set may be required.
Pricing & Extra Hours
Additional charges may apply for:
- Weekend appointments.
- Early morning or late evening appointments.
- Complex nail art or extra-long nails.
- Additional repair work or extended appointment time.
Final pricing may vary depending on nail condition, complexity and requested design.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior, health concerns or conditions affecting safety or service quality.
Additional Guests
To maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, we kindly ask clients to avoid bringing additional guests or children unless previously discussed.
