Appointments<\/h3><p>All appointments must be booked in advance.<\/p><p>Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment. If there is insufficient time to complete the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.<\/p><p>Appointment durations are estimates. Depending on nail condition, length, or requested design, additional time may be required and may incur extra charges.<\/p><hr \/><h3>2. Cancellations &amp; No-Shows<\/h3><p>To ensure fair scheduling, the following policy applies:<\/p><ul><li>More than 48 hours\u2019 notice \u2192 Free cancellation or rescheduling<\/li><li>Less than 48 hours\u2019 notice \u2192 50% of the service price will be charged<\/li><li>Less than 24 hours\u2019 notice \u2192 100% of the service price will be charged<\/li><li>No-show appointments \u2192 100% of the booked service will be charged<\/li><\/ul><p>Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.<\/p><p>Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future bookings or a deposit requirement for future appointments.<\/p><hr \/><h3>3. Payments<\/h3><p>Payment is due immediately after the service unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p>In some cases, a deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure the appointment.<\/p><hr \/><h3>4. Service Results &amp; Durability<\/h3><p>We use professional products and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, durability depends on natural nail condition, lifestyle, daily activities, and proper aftercare.<\/p><p>We are not responsible for lifting, breakage, or damage caused after the appointment due to accidents, improper care, misuse, excessive force, or services performed by another salon or nail technician.<\/p><hr \/><h3>5. 7-Day Service Guarantee<\/h3><p>Your satisfaction is important to us.<\/p><p>If within 7 days of your appointment you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage due to a product or application issue, we will repair the affected nail(s) free of charge.<\/p><p>This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by:<\/p><ul><li>accidents or trauma<\/li><li>biting or picking nails<\/li><li>improper aftercare<\/li><li>exposure to harsh chemicals<\/li><li>excessive force<\/li><li>work performed by another salon or technician<\/li><\/ul><p>All guarantee requests must be made within 7 days of the original appointment.<\/p><hr \/><h3>6. Aftercare Responsibility<\/h3><p>Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining nail durability.<\/p><p>We are not responsible for damage caused after the appointment due to improper aftercare, including excessive water exposure, picking, biting, misuse of nails, or failure to follow aftercare advice.<\/p><hr \/><h3>7. Health, Allergies &amp; Medical Conditions<\/h3><p>Clients must inform us before the appointment about any allergies, nail infections, skin conditions, or medical issues.<\/p><p>We are not responsible for reactions, sensitivities, or complications caused by undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.<\/p><hr \/><h3>8. Refill Policy<\/h3><p>Refills are recommended within 3\u20134 weeks, depending on nail growth and service type. After this period, a new set may be required.<\/p><hr \/><h3>9. Pricing &amp; Additional Charges<\/h3><p>Additional charges may apply for:<\/p><ul><li>Weekend appointments<\/li><li>Early morning or late evening appointments<\/li><li>Complex nail art or designs<\/li><li>Extra-long nails<\/li><li>Repairs or additional time required during the appointment<\/li><\/ul><p>Final pricing may vary depending on nail condition, complexity, and time required.<\/p><hr \/><h3>10. Right to Refuse Service<\/h3><p>We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service in case of inappropriate behaviour, health concerns, suspected infections, or any situation that may affect safety, hygiene, or service quality.<\/p><hr \/><h3>11. Additional Guests<\/h3><p>To maintain a calm and professional environment, we kindly ask clients not to bring additional guests or children unless agreed in advance.<\/p><hr \/><h3>12.
